Check your spam or promotions folder. You can request a new link on the "Check your inbox" page or from the banner in the app. Links expire after one hour.

Go to Settings → Your data → Delete account. Your profile is hidden straight away and permanently deleted within 30 days.

Never. We round your position before storing it and only show distance buckets such as "~2 km". You can also hide your distance or set your area manually.

Ghost mode lets you browse without appearing on other people's radar. People you already chat with can still message you.

Plus members can choose to be visible only to other Plus members. Free members then see a blurred card instead of the profile — the details are never sent to their device.

Yes. Settings → Your data → Export prepares a file with your profile, posts, messages and activity.

Chats open when you both say hi, or when the other person accepts your chat request. This keeps inboxes free of unwanted messages.

Free members can send 5 chat requests a day. Plus members have no daily limit.

The chat becomes read-only for both of you and you won't be suggested to each other again.

Open a hangout and tap Join or Request to join. If the host approves you, you'll get the exact address and access to the group chat.

Free members can host 2 hangouts a month; Plus members up to 10.

You choose for each post: everyone, people nearby, your connections, or the Exclusive Circle (Plus).

Use the ⋯ menu on a profile, post, comment, message or hangout and choose Report. Reports are anonymous and reviewed by our moderation team.

You disappear for each other everywhere: radar, feed, hangouts and messages. They're not notified.

Go to your profile → Verification and take a selfie in the pose shown. A moderator reviews it, usually within a day.

Exclusive Circle access, radar up to 100 km and travel mode, unlimited chat requests, incognito mode, more hangouts, and seeing who said hi or visited you.

Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage. Plus stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

No — blocking, reporting, verification, fuzzed location and consent-first messages are free for everyone.
